Tsipouro is a Greek traditional Liquor (Protected Designation of Origin), produced after grapes distillation and contains 40 alcoholic degrees. Ideally served cold in small shots with meze (small portions of appetizers) or with deserts as a digestive beverage after a meal. Produced in Tirnavos Mountain, Central Greece, by Katsaros Distillery, the first registered Distillery in Greece.
