This Soutzouki or Soujouki is produced in Greece by the historic sausage makers Miran, located in Athens city centre since 1922. Soutzouki is a dry fermented sausage made from pork meat, traditionally cured and matured in certain temperatures. It’s mild spicy and very aromatic containing a mix of spices and it’s consumed as it is, raw and in room temperature.
Store in dry and cool place.
