Sigklino, the traditional Cretan pork meat, marinated with mix of herbs, spices and extra virgin olive oil.
It is made by lean pork marinated in extra virgin olive oil and it is slowly smoked containing aromas of woods. Cretan Siglino is the ideal meze to serve in charcuterrie platters or separately. Sauteed in pan for few minutes and serve. Siglino is produced in Crete, by the local producer Hasikos, well-known across Greece for its high quality . Preserved refrigerated in 2°- 4° till their expiry date and suitable for home freeze.
