Rock samphire also known as sea fennel or crinthmum (kritamo) is an edible aromatic wild plant found in abundance along the Greek coastline. Rock samphire is considered a speciality food full of nutrients which is sometimes and hard to source because it mainly grows to cliff rocks. This Rock samphire is pickled in glass jar of net weight 280ml and kept in brine without added preservatives, ideal to add to salads or serve as a gourmet sider to cold or hot dishes. Pickled and packed by Lagadas Farm in Thessaloniki. When open refrigerate it to 2-4 degrees and consume it within 10days.
