A delicious pastourmadopita, with cured beef, gouda cheese and tomato sauce, made with the traditional recipe produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. The pie is made with 35% thick traditional dough, and 65% filling containing cured beef-pasturma, tomatoes, gouda cheese and spices. Pastourmadopita comes in 1.5kg round tray, divided in 8 pieces and ready to put in the oven with its tray.

Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
