A delicious manitaropita, a vegan mushroom pie, made with the traditional recipe by Kapouranis family in Pelion. This vegan mushroom pie has a wheat traditional thick dough and is filled with mushrooms, green and red peppers and parsley, made without preservatives. This pie is in 1.5kg rectangular tray, divided in 6 pieces and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: mushrooms, onion, red pepper, green pepper, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
