Ready loukoumades -the Greek doughnut puffs- mix Yiotis in a 255gr pack. This mix contains yeast and is ideal to make the most amazing Greek doughnut puffs, traditionally served with pure honey and crumbled walnuts. Serve and enjoy!
Prepare the dough for the loukoumades by mixing the mixture of the envelope with 300 g of lukewarm water, according to the basic preparation instructions and let it rise for about 45 minutes. Put the oil to burn and take small spoons of porridge with a small spoon which we dip each time in water. Alternatively we take porridge in our handful and close it in our hand. Cut the porridge that comes out of the thumb with a wet spoon and throw it in the oil. Once the loukoumades are golden brown, take them out and place them in a form, keeping aside 5-6 loukoumades for the decor. Sprinkle with cinnamon & pour honey over them. Optionally we can add compote syrup or dessert spoon.
