This breathtaking Imperial Stout 10 months tsipouro barrel aged 330ml is brewed by the artisanal microbrewery Sknipa. It is a dark beer, unpasteurized and unfiltered with a high alkaline degree. With its slow maturation for 10 months in oak barrels where tsipouro from Kardasis has matured, it is enhanced in aromas and flavours.
It is produced with a large amount of different roasted malts, both wheat and barley and a moderate amount of hops and yeast, without the addition of sugar.
It is characterized by its bittersweet malty character with aromas of fresh fruit, vanilla and chocolate. A full-bodied beer, creamy and smooth in the mouth, with a long aftertaste.
This beer will develop a more complex and well-rounded flavour as it ages so it is also recommended that you let mature further. You will be highly rewarded.
