This is horiatiki hortopita, country-style vegan spinach and greens pie, made with the traditional recipe and produced by Kanakis

This vegan hortopita has thick traditional dough and vegan filling, containing spring onions, dill, spinach and spices. This pie is in a 850 gr circular tray and is ready to put in the oven with its tray.

Kanaki products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.

INGREDIENTS: Traditional phyllo 55%: wheat flour, water, vegetable oils (11% olive oil, sunflower oil), semolina [wheat], corn starch, salt. Filling 45%: spinach 56%, onion 15%, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, vegetable cooking fat [vegetable oils and fats {from palm, soy}, pigment {β-carotene}]), leek 13%, dill 3%, parsley , Salt Pepper.

Baking instructions:

Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
