The caper leaves are from wild capers, grown in dry and drought places of Santorini island. Caper leaves are made from the soft leaves of the plant which are carefully handpicked. These are high quality caper leaves of unique taste and are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Serve them in green salads, and use them as topping in fava dish, pastas and more.
