Amyndeon rose dry wine is a wine of Protected Designation of Origin, produced in Amyndeon by the local grape variety Xinomavro, which means ‘Acid-black’ from Tsantali Winery. The wine is made from handpicked harvest at the end of September, and the use of specially selected yeast maximise the fruit characteristics of the wine. An intense rose wine in color, with fruity aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries, blueberries and strawberries with subtle notes of savory spices. Ideally served with fish, sausages and hams, poultry, white meat and fruits. Vintage 2015. Best served at 12-14°C.
