Cream Cheese, Pastry
This is a deep-freeze product, it is stored at -18C and shipped from frozen, once it is de-frosted should not be re-freezed. When defrosting keep it refrigerated (0C to 5C) for 1 day. Or keep it at room temperature for 2 hours before baking.
ATTENTION: DO NOT RE-FREEZE A DEFROSTED PRODUCT
• Preheat the oven to 180-2oo ° C. Remove the lid and place Koulouri in the lower oven rack.
• Bake for about 50-55 minutes from frozen and about 45 minutes when de-frosted. While baking turn Koulouri upside down when the top gets a golden brown colour and continue baking.
• To enjoy the taste of Koulouri, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.
