0.2 Liokarpi is a superior quality Cretan extra virgin olive oil coming from the best quality of Koroneiki olives, harvested by hand (PDO variety) and it is produced by cold extraction of olives. Its 0.2 acidity count is the lowest that can be found in olive oils worldwide and generally reflects the oil’s unique purity and high quality. Liokarpi is a fruity olive oil with spicy tones and a distinctly recognisable aftertaste of citrus fruit which creates an amazing balance in taste. Available in 5ltr metal container.
Due to the storage in low temperatures, the oils tend to take a velvet texture and the fat acids separate into little bubbles, which is completely normal for non processed evoos. Store it in room temperature for few days and the texture will get back to normal.
