50 ml Ouzo
3 pieces of lime
20ml peach juice
10cl grenadine
10cl lemonade
Serve in iced-filled Collins glass.
Ouzo Green Apple
50ml Ouzo
20ml Lime juice
20ml Green apple juice
2 Lemon slices
Serve in iced-filled Collins glass.
Ouzo Strawberry (S-Ouzi)
50ml Ouzo
20ml Strawberry juice
1 slice of lime
Serve in iced-filled Collins glass.
Ouzo with dash:
orange, cranberry, passion fruits, lemon etc.
Serve in iced-filled Collins glass.

Hot Tsipouro with honey
50ml Tsipouro
1 table spoon honey
1 cinnamon stick
½ table spoon clove
Boil all ingredients together and serve in an old-fashioned glass or in shots.
Tsipouro Rosemary
50ml Tsipouro
50ml dry Martini
Serve into a cocktail glass and garnish with a rosemary leaf.
Chilli Peach
50ml Tsipouro
1 chilli pepper
1 table spoon black sugar
50ml Peach juice
Shake all ingredients together and strain into a cocktail glass. Before add black sugar on the top of the glass.
Tsipouro with dash:
orange, cranberry, passion fruits, lemon etc.
Serve in iced-filled Collins glass.

50ml Mastic
Lemonade
Pour in an iced-filled Collins glass and garnish with a lemon slide.
Mastic & Cointreau
25ml mastic
20ml vodka
10ml Cointreau
20ml fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass, filled with ice and garnish with lemon peel.
Mastic Tonic
50ml Mastic
Tonic water
Pour in an iced-filled Collins glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Mastic Cranberry
20ml Mastic
30ml vodka
20ml cranberry juice
10ml fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients with ice strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange slice.
"The Med" Mohito Mastic
50ml mastic spirit
5ml simple syrup or 1/2 tsp sugar
2 lemon wedges
6 small basil leaves
soda water
crushed ice
Place the limes, basil and sugar into a sturdy highball glass and mash.
Add the ice and pour over the mastic.
Add soda water to taste and stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig ans lime wedge and serve into a highball glass.
