CAIR Brut is an exceptional and natural sparkling dry white wine produced by CAIR Winery in Rhodes island. CAIR Brut is produced by local grape variety Athiri grape variety and following the French method of long ripening and second fermentation in the bottle. This natural sparkling wine with 13% ABV, has golden colour with its bubbles hiding an elegant aftertaste. Ideal to accompany seafood platters with shelfish and oysters. Best served at 6-8°C.
