The workshop “O VLACHOS” was founded by Spyros Kaskaveliotis in 1991 in Thebes with the objective of producing traditional pasta. In 1995 the workshop expanded to the production of pastries and confectionery, as well as the processing of Greek coffee. In 2006 the Kaskaveliotis family relocated their laboratory to new modern privately owned facilities. At the same time, his son Vassilis Kaskaveliotis entered the laboratory. The aim of the pasta, bakery, confectionery and coffee laboratory is to produce products of high nutritional value with respect to tradition.
