Since March 1999, our Kapourani family decided to open their old chests and bring to light the traditional recipes of their grandparents.
With a lot of passion, respect for the product we produce, meticulous hygiene, characteristic stability in quality, we started to prepare the traditional twists of our island.
Our very good course was the one that required the transfer of our laboratory in 2005 from Skopelos to Volos, so that the distribution of our products is easier and more direct. Today our company has modern production facilities of 500 m2 in Volos, with well-trained staff and in accordance with European and Greek standards of safe and consistent quality.
Our company has installed HACCP system and the quality in all stages is certified based on the standards ELOT EN ISO 22000: 2005
