This is an old traditionally made yellow semi-hard cheese, called 'Pontiako' and it's shaped as long braid. It's produced by Arvanitis Dairy, in Thessaloniki Greece from sheep and goat milk, it has light taste and interesting shredded texture inbetween the braids. Keep it refrigerated at all times and consume it within 5 days after opening the package. This yellow semi-hard cheese is ideal for sandwiches, or grilled -saganaki. Not suitable for vegetarians.
