Tabbouleh is the ideal summer low calorie and delicious dish !


Preparation Time: 10 min

Serves 4


1 cup of lemon and lime juice

1 cup of bulgur

2 parsley bouquets

Few pepermint leaves

Few mint leaves

Fresh tomatoes chopped

Half red onion

2 fresh onions

Lime zest

Slat and pepper

Extra virgin olive oil


Soak bulgur to water and leave it overnight. Do not boil it.

Prepare the vegetables by chopping them

Mix the vegetables with bulgur all together and add the seasoning

Keep them in the fridge for a couple of hours
